Family Day at the Incheon Campus
On May 9, HD Hyundai’s Construction Equipment Division successfully hosted its Family Day event, welcoming over 2,300 employees and their families to its campuses in Ulsan, Incheon, and Gunsan for a day of special memories.
The event was designed to foster a family-friendly workplace culture by giving families a firsthand look at where their loved ones work, helping them better understand and connect with the company.
The campuses came alive with laughter and energy as family members of all ages, from children to grandparents, enjoyed a wide range of activities including a family sports day, a trivia "Golden Bell" challenge, caricature drawings, face painting, a DIY safety umbrella booth, excavator test rides, and guided factory tours.
The event was a huge hit, especially with the exciting prizes up for grabs, including HD construction equipment toys called "Degururu" and stay vouchers for the Hyundai Lahan Hotel. In a post-event survey, the vast majority of attendees rated the day as "highly satisfied," praising both the smooth organization and the diverse lineup of programs.
Top executives were also on hand to personally welcome the families, including Moon Jae-young (CEO of HD Construction Equipment), Song Hee-joon (CEO of HD Hyundai XiteSolution), and Lim Hyung-taek (Executive Vice President of the Engine Business Division).

CEO Song Hee-joon added, "We are deeply grateful to the families whose warmth and encouragement allow our employees to give their best every day. I hope the children had a wonderful time seeing where their parents work and making lasting memories today."
